Pensioner Information Booklet

The Trustees believe that all its stakeholders should be well informed about the Fund and its activities. In this regard they identified the need to develop a Pensioner Information Booklet, to provide pensioners – and active members at the point of retirement – with information on the Fund specifically tailored to their needs. This Booklet has been developed based on queries received from pensioners and/or members by the Pension Fund Call Centre and issues raised in various forums. The content also takes into account feedback received after conducting some research amongst pensioners (by means of an email-based survey), and has been further enhanced to address our pensioners’ most frequently asked and pressing questions.
